Strategic leadership creates the capacity for ongoing strategic change. In this course we discuss what the challenges of strategic leadership and innovation are (i.e. determining the organization’s purpose or vision, exploiting and maintaining the organization’s core competencies, and so on), and we emphasize leaders’ ability to negotiate.
